The “BMC Remedy” product line consists of a range of different components, with the BMC Remedy Action Request System (ARS) as a foundation and the standard applications from the BMC Remedy ITSM-Suite (Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Level Management), Service Request Management and other modules on top of it.
For our solutions within the domains of Enterprise Asset Management and Service management, we have been using products from the IBM Maximo line for many years. Based on the products IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management, IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT and IBM SmartCloud Control Desk, we develop solutions for the maintenance and IT sectors.
Enterprise Service Management
We use the SAP BusinessObjects platform with SAP Business- Objects Data Services (ETL) and SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise (presentation and distribution platform for reports and dashboards) as a flexible and scalable information platform.
The SAP Mobile Platform is our basis for developing mobile corporate applications for different target platforms. Our solutions enable our customers’ users to carry out their transactions and access data from enterprise back-end systems securely and successfully, anywhere and at any time simply by using their mobile devices.
