The employees need a mobile device to receive and process their orders. Depending on the operating conditions, this can be a low-cost consumer PDA, an industrial PDA or even a tablet PC. Usually the sliders of a grid square or area are combined to one order. This order is then assigned to the responsible technician.

 

Our solution ensures that the order is transferred to the technician's end device.

 

The mobile application contains all the essential functions required for processing this type of order:

  • Order overview - List of the sliders to be maintained

  • Display and correction of master data, e.g. location data

  • Confirmation of states to: signage, street cap, key bar, rotatability of the slider, valve position, tightness etc.

  • Recording of maintenance work carried out

  • Feedback of plan inconsistencies
