Axino Solutions GmbH, based in Aachen, Germany, and Axino Solutions AG, based in Solothurn, Switzerland, were founded on January 1, 2016.
However, the company's history is much older than that: Ascom Infrasys was founded in Aachen in 1987. Until the end of 2015, the company was part of the Swiss technology group Ascom AG, a leading provider of mission-critical communications solutions, as the "Systems & Solutions" business unit.
Axino Solutions GmbH is backed by experienced private investors who guarantee continuity with the aim of developing the company and future growth.
